What’s Inside
Inside, you’ll find a halogen-filled quartz-tube IR lamp. The halogen chemistry keeps the filament stable and helps the output stay consistent over time. And the quartz envelope? It’s tough enough to handle those wild temperature swings without blinking. These lamps run hot, so we’ve designed the reflector to focus all that radiation forward and keep nearby parts safe. We also use an R7s base. It’s a proven, high-temp connector for linear lamps.
